1. This Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 1/22/21 – 12/31/21, unless otherwise noted. If we decide to withdraw this Promotion, this will not impact the promotion claim you completed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal takes place.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is open to players located in the applicable state at the time of wagering, aged 21 years, and placing first deposit on their online BetMGM account between 1/22/21 – 12/31/21.
3. Employees of BetMGM (the “Promoter”), any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

5. To claim this Promotion, you must sign up for BetMGM. After completing your BetMGM account registration, verification, and make your first deposit of at least $10, you will receive a 100% deposit bonus matching your deposit up to $1,000.
6. There is a 1x wagering requirement on Sports and 15x wagering requirement on Casino using the deposit bonus received from this promotion. You have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement. Sports wagers with odds greater than -200 contribute towards the wager requirement (-200, -150, +150, +200, etc.). All qualifying sports wagers need to be placed and settled during the 30-day period in order to complete the wagering requirement.
7. Maximum bonus received from this promotion is $1,000.

RESTRICTIONS ON BONUS DOLLARS

8. To qualify for the 100% deposit match up to $1,000, player must make a minimum single first deposit of at least $10.
9. Bonus Dollars match amount not to exceed maximum offered amount.
10. Both the deposit must be made and Bonus Dollars must be used during the promotion period.
11. Bonus Dollars can be used on both BetMGM Sports and BetMGM Casino.
12. Both the Bonus Dollars and the winnings associated with the promotion are restricted until the player completes the wagering requirement. Deposit amount is wagered first followed by the Bonus Dollars. Upon completion of wagering requirements, any winnings will be credited to player’s cash balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the cash balance.
13. In order to cash out the remaining deposit amount prior to completing the wagering requirement, the player must first opt out of the promotion.
14. To cash out the Bonus Dollars and associated winnings player must complete the wagering requirement.
15. Sports wagers with odds greater than -200 contribute towards the wager requirement. Minimum -200 odds for each applicable sports wager to be eligible (-200, -150, +150, +200, etc.)
16. Player cannot bet on both sides of the same betting market in order to complete the wagering requirement. Betting on both sides will not contribute towards the wager requirement and could lead to dropping of the Bonus Dollars.
17. The wagering requirement for Bonus Dollars on Sports is 1x the Bonus Dollar amount. For every $1 in Bonus Dollars player must wager $1. The wagering requirement for Bonus Dollars on Casino is 15x the Bonus Dollar amount. For every $1 in Bonus Dollars player must wager $15.
18. Player has 30 days following Bonus Dollar activation to complete the wager requirement. Bonus Dollars and winnings associated with the promotion expire on the 30th day following activation at 11:59PM.
19. Player always has the ability to opt out of a bonus at any time.
20. Players can opt-in to multiple bonuses at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wager requirements or release restrictions for one bonus at a time. Wager requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus unless the player pauses said bonus and resumes play on another bonus in the bonus tab. Players can pause and resume bonuses multiple times until they expire.
21. Should player opt-out of this bonus or the earn-out period expires prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Bonus Dollars and winnings derived from Bonus Dollars will be removed from player’s account.
22. BetMGM reserve the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation, if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.

IMPORTANT TERMS

23. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other BetMGM Promotion.
24. Users that have played under the playMGM Sports app name are not eligible for any welcome offers under the name BetMGM Sports app name, unless otherwise noted in the terms & conditions of that specific promotion.
25. We reserve the right to change or end any BetMGM Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the free bets available.
